The City of Bay Springs will hold a public hearing on a proposed Ordinance Prohibiting Smoking in all Work Places and Public Places, on July 6, 2021, at 5:30pm at the City Hall.

Any citizen of the City of Bay Springs is invited to attend the public hearing on the proposed Ordinance Prohibiting Smoking in all Work Places and Public Places,  and will be allowed to speak for a reasonable amount of time and offer tangible evidence before any vote is taken on the proposed ordinance.
